Teessiders can rev-up the family fun this Bank Holiday weekend at a classic car show.

Classic and Retro Events are hosting Middlesbrough Classic Car Show at the Dormans Club on Oxford Road in the town on Sunday, May 28.

Cars from the past will include hot hatch 90s, yesteryear classics, retros and lots of other vehicles. As well as the vintage models, car lovers might be able to pick up any parts they want at an auto jumble.

As well as vintage cars, classic bikes, buses and other commercial vehicles are also set to be on display at this event.

There promises to be something for everyone, with a bouncy castle and rides for the children, a fully licensed bar and food outlets.

A spokesperson for the event, said: "We are hoping to make this a regular thing at the Dormans Club in Middlesbrough and bring good events like this to the town at a low cost price with the cost of living in mind."

Gates open for the Middlesbrough Classic Car Show at 10am and the event will run until 3pm. The cost is £3 per adult and free for children under 16. There is no charge for exhibitors and no pre-booking is required. Anyone who wants to trade at the show should email [email protected].
